Return Policy

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging, including your full name and order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
